Why do I get the ‘Download Disabled’ message on my Android mobile?
Updated
When trying to download a video on your mobile device, you might get a message ‘Download Disabled’.
To troubleshoot this issue, please try the steps below:
Clear OSN+ App cache
As we need to store temporary files and data on your device to improve the overall performance, it is possible that these files can get corrupted.
To delete corrupted files, on some Android models, clear the cache for the OSN+ app. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > OSN+ > Storage > Cache and select the ‘Clear cache’ option.
If the above steps didn’t help to resolve the issue, you have reached the limit of 5 devices allowed for download. In this case, please email us at help@osnplus.com or submit a request. Our technical team will help to resolve this issue for you.
