How do I use a promo code?

If you're a new customer:

1. Start the signup process

2. On the Setup your payment page you will see a field to enter the promo code

3. Enter the Promo Code

4. Hit Apply

5. Finish signing up

If you're a returning customer without an active subscription:

1. Go to Settings

2. Click on Manage subscriptions

3. Click on Add Voucher

4. Enter the Promo Code

5. Hit Submit

My promo code isn't working, what should I do?

Here are some things you can check for:

• You need to enter the promo code exactly as it has been given to you.

• You can only use one promo code at any given time.

• Each promo code has its own terms and conditions, make sure you check those.

• Some codes will only work for specific accounts or for specific countries.

• If you’ve received the code in an email from us, then it may be that the code only works with that email address. Make sure you’re using the code with the same email address it was sent to.
