Need to reset your password?

If you cannot log into your account or don’t remember your password, you can reset it from the Login screen by clicking on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link or simply selecting ‘Forgot your password?’ now.

If you signed up to OSN+ with the email address or added the email address to your account, you can reset your password using your email address.

1. From the OSN+ app or website, select ‘Login’.

2. Select the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. You will be redirected to your mobile browser if you start resetting your password from the OSN+ mobile app.

3. Enter the email address and select ‘Continue’.

4. You will receive an email with the verification code to confirm your account. The email should arrive in a few minutes. Enter the verification code.

5. Once your account is verified, you will be prompted to create a new password.

6. Log into OSN+ on your device with the new password and start watching.

If you haven’t received the email with the verification code:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. If you can’t find the email, try adding noreply@support.osnplus.com to your contact list. Then resend the code.

If you still haven’t received the email, please drop an email to help@osnplus.com or submit a ticket, and our Customer Care Team will help you.

Learn how to add an email address to your account so you can start accessing your account with the email address in addition to the mobile number.

If you signed up to OSN+ with a mobile number or have added a mobile number to your account, you can reset your password using your mobile number.

1. From the OSN+ app or website, select ‘Login’.

2. Select the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. You will be redirected to your mobile browser if you start resetting your password from the OSN+ mobile app.

3. Enter the mobile number and select ‘Continue’.

4. You will receive an SMS with the verification code to confirm your account. SMS should arrive within a few minutes. Enter the verification code.

5. Once your account is verified, you will be prompted to create a new password.

6. Log into OSN+ on your device with the new password.

If you are already logged into your account and want to change your account password, follow these steps. Please note this option is available only on the OSN+ website:

  1. On the OSN+ website, go to Account Settings and click on the edit icon next to the password field.

  2. Create a new password on the ‘Edit Password’ pop-up. You are all set.
